This Holiday Survival Group will be a one day, 4 hour therapeutic group that will assess your holiday stress, help you find self-care interventions, and have you leaving with a plan to go into the holiday season feeling prepared, energized, and mindful about your well-being. Group will include a Holiday Survival Kit with templates for you to start planning and strategizing for holiday stress and tools to use right away.
