Christine joined In Focus Counseling as an anxiety specialist and also treats obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD) utilizing Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). She will work with you to gain new tools that address anxiety, depression, relationship challenges and stress which may be holding you back in life.

Christine specializes in helping clients develop skills to manage the difficult periods in life, expand self-awareness and gain self-confidence utilizing acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy and other evidence-based treatment approaches. We are proud to welcome Christine to the In Focus team. A Registered Psychotherapist and Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate, Christine graduated from the University of Colorado, Boulder with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology in 1995 and went on to earn her Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology at Northwestern University in Chicago in 2000. Christine has worked with adults and young adults alike, in both academic and in-patient settings. Also, Christine has developed a career in small business management and is a proud parent to her son and daughter.
