What it’s like to work with me:
My therapeutic style is one of collaboration. I partner with you to tackle the challenges you face which may be interfering with your quality of life, such as depression, anxiety, phobia and trauma. I am currently training in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for treatment of anxiety and phobias. With an extensive background in treating trauma, this may be a vital part needed to seek recovery from mental illness and stigma overall.
I believe in the ‘whole person’ approach to healing, utilizing an arsenal of effective and evidence-based tools, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), narrative therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP).
